DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION
1 CONDUCTOR
Cu - Annealed copper wires according to IEC 60288 Class 1 solid, Class 2 stranded (B), or Class 5 flexible conductors, available on demand.
Tinned copper conductors are available on demand 0.5, 0.75, 1.0, 1.5, 2.5 mm2, up to 50 cores.
2 INSULATION
XLPE - PE/XLPE/PVC/HFFR available on demand
Thickness - Min. 0.26 mm for 1.0 mm2 and below; Min. 0.35 mm for 1.5 and 2.5 mm2
3 SCREEN - OVERALL (OS)
Aluminium/polyester tape in electrical contact with tinned annealed drain wire
Or Copper/polyester tape in electrical contact with copper annealed drain wire
Or Copper wire braid
4 OUTER SHEATH
